3 baguetter 

Ingredienser:

500g mel
1ts sukker
2ts salt
1/2 pk gjær
300 ml lunket vann

Fremgangsmåte:

Bland alt sammen, start med det tørre.
Elt alt sammen til en elastisk deig, ca 10 min i kjøkkenmaskin

Hev i 45 min. 

Del deigen i tre og rull ut til tre pølser. 

Etterhev i 30 min. 

Stekes på 200 grader i 20 min. Gjerne med fuktighet de første fem minuttene. 

Blir selvfølgelig best med baguetteform, men går helt fint på et stekebrett
